Sen. Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., said he is "frustrated and disappointed" at the Environmental Protection Agency for proposing to lower the biofuel blending requirements for 2014. "The production and use of biofuels that are grown and developed right here at home helps our economy and increases our national security by lessening our dependence on foreign oil," Donnelly said. If approved, the EPA's proposal will harm Indiana's economy, he said.
