Indulgence Chocolatiers makes most of its products from base chocolate processed by large chocolate producers, but after a year of research, it is introducing a line of bean-to-bar chocolates. The small chocolatier will source, roast, grind and process its own cocoa beans in its Milwaukee facility. "While complex and relatively expensive, producing from bean to bar will allow us more control over the taste of the chocolate," Indulgence owner Julie Waterman said in a news release.
