Ingram Micro says it's offering new tools and services to allow resellers to increase sales to government entities. The services include a "configurator" tool for identifying solutions in the first-responder market, and an expanded business network. "Our role at Ingram Micro is to give them the resources, solutions, support and insight to get to 'yes' faster with their customers, identify new opportunities, and ultimately help our channel partners close more deals," Ingram's Michael Humke says.
