A data breach that exposed the personal information -- including e-mail addresses and passwords -- of about 38 million Adobe users is creating a security nightmare for companies like Facebook and Amazon, which are worried that the common practice of reusing credentials means hackers could have access to their accounts as well. Several major Internet companies are now working through their databases in an effort to identify users who have Adobe accounts and are requiring many to reset their passwords in an effort to get ahead of the problem.
