ISDA and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association say they have concluded a lawsuit concerning the Commodity Futures Trading Commission after the CFTC dismissed its appeal. "We believe those rules as originally written could adversely affect liquidity and increase price volatility in the commodities and broader derivatives markets for end-users and all market participants," ISDA CEO Robert Pickel and SIFMA President Kenneth Bentsen Jr. said in a statement.
