Students who attend schools in Ottawa County, Mich., now have more opportunities to learn about life after high school, thanks to a new program. Connections -- a program for sixth- through 12th-grade students -- will focus on career exploration and give students opportunities for direct interaction with local businesses. "Preparing for the future can be exciting for students when they see both the possibilities and a path to get them there," said Jason Pasatta, development director for career and technical education for the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District.
