The U.S. Labor Department's revised fiduciary rule stands a good chance of being made public as a proposed regulation by May, said Brian Graff of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the National Association of Plan Advisors. Graff says he thinks the main problem with the redrafted rule will be that the Labor Department deals with the issue of fiduciary responsibility by "limiting forms of compensation."
