New York City bars are adding their own touch to Thanksgiving by infusing or pairing cocktails with classic feast foods from gravy to stuffing. The November Rush from bar Joe & Misses Doe relies on a pumpkin beer base with a gravy chaser, and Enduro's Turkey on Rye features a cranberry garnish. "Everything in this drink says Thanksgiving," said Enduro owner Alan Rosen.
