Pinnacle introduced several new seasonal products to its Duncan Hines brand this fall, including limited edition pumpkin spice cupcake mix, red and green Holiday Velvet cake mixes and two new flavors in the Frosting Creations line. The company is increasing digital marketing efforts for the holiday season. "We found that the highest payback in this category comes from optimized search, as well as having the right digital marketing campaign versus a more traditional campaign, and we have really focused that on all the opportunities around the holiday season," said CEO Bob Gamgort.
