The cruise industry will continue to support and rely on travel agents because of their valuable ability to connect with and provide guidance to consumers, Royal Caribbean Cruises CEO Richard Fain told attendees of CruiseWorld in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. And we're not going to be able to provide the one-on-one relationship that is still so important, especially in our business," Fain said.
