Craft wines, spirits and beers may find a welcoming home in Shakopee, Minn., as the city considers zoning law changes to open more areas to wineries, distilleries and brewers. Zoning changes would allow these shops in commercial areas, such as its downtown, instead of only industrial areas, as long as they meet requirements. "We don't have someone at the door right now, but we want to put this forward so we would be prepared," said Community Development Director Michael Leek.
