Dow Draper, the new head of Sprint's prepaid business, discussed some of the strategies he is considering to revive growth in the carrier's no-contract brands, especially Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile, while contending with competition from AT&T and T-Mobile US. Speaking to reporters Tuesday, Draper said the high price of popular smartphone models remains an issue for customers, adding that while he has not yet decided on a solution to the problem, he has kicked around the idea of letting customers finance their phones. "Our customers are aspirational. They want an iPhone or Galaxy S phone," he said.
