A survey of more than 2,000 U.S. adults found 76% would give their insurer results of blood pressure tests and 68% would admit if they had diabetes or high cholesterol if they were given a financial incentive. The report from HealthDay and Harris Interactive showed 85% of adults were willing to fill out a health questionnaire and of those who would not, almost half said they would change their mind if they received a $200 per year discount on their health plan.
