Google is the dominant way business buyers research products, followed by personal networks, Yahoo, Bing and LinkedIn, according to a Pardot report of 400 business-to-business buyers. Nearly all of the participants said their search terms become more specific as they move through the buying process and most expect content to change along the way as well. About 89% agreed the cost of a purchase influences their research time.
