The Obama administration's expectations will not be met by the initial Affordable Care Act enrollment figures to be unveiled later this month because of the faulty launch of HealthCare.gov, White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer said Sunday on the ABC show "This Week." "The website hasn't worked the way we want it to work. But we take responsibility for that, we take responsibility for the errors, we take responsibility for fixing it," he said. "And if we get that website working as we expect we do by the end of this month, then I think we’re going to be in a good place," he added.
