Samsung Electronics' efforts to replace BlackBerry as a leading provider of smartphones to enterprises and the government has faced a number of issues as the South Korean company struggles to overcome problems in its Knox security system and other delays, according to a media report. Executives say they are working to address the issues and satisfy clients that include the U.S. Department of Defense. BlackBerry's share of new smartphone sales to businesses have plunged from 68% in 2010 to its current 5.4% level, according to the IDC research firm.
