Between 2005 and 2010, more than 6% of teens reported taking psychotropic drugs, particularly antidepressants and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder medications, during the past month, CDC researchers said Wednesday. The report published in the agency's NCHS Data Brief showed that use of ADHD drugs was more prevalent in males, while antidepressant use was more prevalent among females.
