Comcast has completed 75% of its rollout of native IPv6 support for its broadband network, with the project set to be complete by early next year, according to a blog post by John Brzozowski, a Comcast fellow who is leading the initiative. Comcast hopes to boost demand for IPv6 by having more smart TVs and other connected devices support it, according to Brzozowski.
