The dome atop Colorado's statehouse is emerging with a shiny, new surface as the scrim surrounding the regilded structure is removed, according to these reports. Scaffolding still surrounds the dome, as work is still needed on its drum structure and observation deck, said State Architect Larry Friedberg.
