Gibson Security has published APIs and code that it says could allow hackers to match Snapchat users with their phone numbers and let attackers create bogus Snapchat accounts on a massive scale. In response, Snapchat said in a statement that "We recently added additional counter-measures and continue to make improvements to combat spam and abuse."
