A health startup -- or any new company -- may be headed for trouble if it has a poorly organized team or is unable to adjust to new technology, experts say. One problem is that some startups aren't prepared to deal with changes to their leadership teams. "When those corporate matters aren't really done well and thoughtfully, with a lawyer and with an eye towards the worst thing that could happen, it's disastrous for these companies," said Lisa Suennen, co-founder of Psilos Group.
