Larger companies tend to do a better job of including women on their boards of directors than smaller companies do, according to an analysis of businesses that do at least $50 million in sales and have market capitalizations above a certain threshold. Not only are there more women directors at the largest companies, but they also hold a higher percentage of the available board seats, the analysis found. However, larger companies are not necessarily more likely to have women CEOs.
