Central Michigan University's Board of Trustees voted last week to ask the state for $25 million to expand its health education program. School officials say their physical therapy, physician assistant, speech language pathology and audiology programs are at capacity. If approved, the money will be used to create the Center for Integrative Health Studies, which is to include a 60,000-square-foot addition to the school's existing building to accommodate more students.
