After the Omaha Public Schools district in Nebraska lifted a ban on social media earlier this year, educators say they are busy catching up with neighboring districts in using the medium in schools. The district's guidelines on how to use social media are still evolving, and educators say they are using it as a professional tool and to engage and teach students. Omaha South High history teacher Chad Wilcox recently used Twitter to help get students ready for an upcoming test.
