Nickelodeon, with help from popular new shows such as "Paw Patrol," is back on top of the children's TV network ratings. Nickelodeon in the fourth quarter attracted an average of 918,000 viewers each day among the 2-to-11 audience, compared with 874,000 for The Disney Channel. The latter pushed Nickelodeon from the top spot last year.
