Colleges and universities sending football teams to bowl games this year have a wide disparity in graduation rates among white and black players, according to a report released Monday by The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport at the University of Central Florida. Just 37% of the schools in bowl games graduated 66% percent or more of African-American players, while 99% percent of those same schools had a white graduation rate of at least 66%, the report found.
