The U.S. Secret Service next month will conduct school safety-training programs for middle- and high-school teachers in the Buckeye Local School District in Medina, Ohio. The district also will be part of a beta test of the 360 School Safety Application, an Internet and wireless application to help schools manage emergency and other matters through an individual school site or districtwide, according to local businessman Frank Hoagland, who is behind both the training program and the application.
