A recent net neutrality ruling that could change Web access for consumers is unlikely to cause access worries for businesses, Adam Mazmanian writes. Companies often contract Internet access on a per-building basis and have a "special access" designation covered by different rules. But "[a]nyone moving data has to be concerned about having to pay more to move that data," says Chris Lewis of pro-net-neutrality watchdog group Public Knowledge.
