The latter half of 2013 saw double-digit growth of online alcohol sales in the U.K., according to Chris Webster of Capgemini UK, a consultant agency. Online sales of beer, wine and spirits grew 16% year on year in November and December, says Capgemini, and those "robust" sales are part of a longer-term pattern that will continue with growing sales in 2014, industry experts say.
