After perfecting savory yogurt flavors in its New York restaurants, Blue Hill's vegetable-flavored yogurts are finding favor among Whole Foods and specialty grocer customers in the Northeast. The yogurts, which come in flavors such as butternut squash, beet, carrot, tomato and parsnip, contain at least 30% vegetable puree and less sugar than other yogurt varieties.
