Chipotle has experienced tremendous growth in the past five years by focusing on high-quality foods served by hard-working loyal employees, writes Ken Shreve. The chain plans on opening another 180 to 195 restaurants in the U.S. in 2014.
"You'll never hear me talking about profits or getting sales up," said co-CEO Monty Moran. "We tell people to make great burritos and provide great restaurant experiences. The rest will take care of itself."
