Five years ago, a single tweeted photo -- showing U.S. Airways Flight 1549 shortly after it crash landed in the Hudson River -- went viral, and in the process catapulted Twitter into the public consciousness. "It changed everything," Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey said last year. "Suddenly the world turned its attention because we were the source of news."
