National Geographic Channel is using a multiplatform combination of TV and online ads, outdoor placements and a travel exhibition to promote the Jan. 13 second season debut of its "Brain Games" series. Placements include TV spots during "Big Bang Theory" reruns on TBS; ads on the New York Times' crossword site; billboards in New York's Times Square; and an Illusion Gallery that was set to make stops in Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C.
