Fourth-graders at a Skaneateles, N.Y., school are lobbying the State Assembly to make the wood frog the official state amphibian. "The kids are just really into it and really excited about being a part of the process," said state Sen. John DeFrancisco, who last week introduced a bill supporting the students' mission.
