The new user-verification system implemented by Snapchat can be compromised with ease, says Steve Hickson, a security researcher. New users of the photo-sharing service are asked to pick Snapchat's ghost logo from among several images. "With very little effort, my code was able to 'find the ghost' with 100% accuracy," Hickson wrote in a blog post. "... It's a numbers game with computers and Snapchat's verification system is losing."
