President Barack Obama suggested in his State of the Union address on Tuesday a few ways to move forward on tax reform. He said the money saved by those steps could then go "to create jobs rebuilding our roads, upgrading our ports, unclogging our commutes -- because in today's global economy, first-class jobs gravitate to first-class infrastructure." He urged Congress to pass a new surface transportation bill and water legislation by summer in order to "protect more than three million jobs."
