The U.S. has placed 21st, tied with Japan, in a ranking of the world's food systems, earning the best score for food affordability but ranking fifth among 125 nations for unhealthy eating, according to a report by Oxfam International. The advocacy confederation measured four criteria: affordability, abundance, quality and eating habits. The Netherlands ranks first overall.
