Perfetti Van Melle USA is launching its first mass-marketing campaign and is asking Airhead customers to submit videos to the brand's Tumblr page of themselves in "moments of pure airheadness." The goal of "The World Needs More Airheads" campaign is to skew to the older, millennial audience as other marketing efforts have targeted younger consumers. “Airheads fans are already capturing airhead moments every day on platforms such as Vine, YouTube and Instagram. Now they can submit those moments for a chance to appear in a national advertising campaign," said Jen Redmond, associate brand manager.
