The president of China has inaugurated a new national working group to explore cybersecurity issues affecting the country and to develop strategies for bolstering its defenses. President Xi Jinping will head the group -- which will include Prime Minister Li Keqiang and a top member of the Politburo -- and observers say the move could involve addressing the heightened tensions with the U.S. on the issue of cyberattacks.
