United Airlines is expanding its gluten-free menu. The airline in March will start offering gluten-free salad dressing on its premium cabin menus on flights from the United States to North and Central America destinations. United is also upgrading its snack boxes to include more gluten-free food. This summer it will also add gluten-free options to its menu offered in premium cabins on long-haul international flights.
