A new House bill would prevent the Environmental Protection Agency from issuing rules without disclosing "all scientific and technical information" used to support the rule. A hearing on the bill is set for next week in the Environment Subcommittee of Science, Space and Technology Committee. "For far too long, the EPA has approved regulations that have placed a crippling financial burden on economic growth in this country with no public evidence to justify their actions," said bill author David Schweikert, R-Ariz.
