A study from King Retail Solutions and the University of Arizona found that 77% of people bought groceries at a big-box retailer, pharmacy or other nongrocery store in 2013, and 96% said they planned to do so in 2014 as well. Target, Wal-Mart, Walgreen, CVS and Costco were the most popular nongrocery stores where shoppers purchased groceries, according to the study.
