The 2014 wine grape harvest in Argentina has been beset by troublesome weather and will likely yield around 20% less than the 2013 haul, according to the nation's National Institute of Viticulture. The smaller harvest may actually help some growers because of a decline in exports during 2013 and inventories remain high. "2013 was the best vintage we have had in 40 years, but 2014 is going to be complicated," said Lucila Pescarmona of Lagarde winery.
