Houston is viewed as a cowboy town by many but Triniti Restaurant and Bar is trying to demystify that by attending the Napa Valley Vintners' 18th annual wine auction. Owner Ryan Hildebrand purchased four lots of reds ranging from $7,000 to $35,000, but now faces concerns on how to share these buys with Houston. "We can't simply mark them up and sell them. The most expensive lot would sell for $1,000 a bottle," Hildebrand said, adding that he will likely feature the wines in exclusive tasting menus and on special occasions.
