ExxonMobil is putting on hold its plans to explore natural gas at Ukraine's Skifska block in the Black Sea "due to current circumstances," said Andrew Swiger, senior vice president at ExxonMobil. The company, however, said it is pushing through with its large-scale investments in Russia despite the situation. "In terms of our view of country risk, geopolitical risk, other than things like sanctions, we don't see any new challenges out of the current situation" in Russia, said ExxonMobil Chairman and CEO Rex Tillerson.
