Job growth slowed across the franchise industry in February, with 12,050 new franchise jobs created for a monthly growth rate of 0.1%, according to the recent ADP National Franchise Report. Franchise restaurants were particularly slow in hiring, adding 1,390 new jobs. "This may be attributable to the unusually harsh winter the U.S. has been experiencing," Vice President and Head of ADP Research Institute Ahu Yildirmaz said.
