An AOL 50-episode Web series, "This Built America," is being sponsored by Ford and debuts today with a focus on manufacturing rejuvenation. The premium AOL content will run on AOL.com, Huffington Post, TechCrunch, Engadget and Autoblogs with plans to sell accompanying ads. "We are leveraging the premium nature of the AOL ecosystem to help brands tell stories," said Jim Norton, global media sales head for AOL.
