GM will follow suit in June with Chevrolet and other models featuring 4G connections, and Ford and Toyota also have high-speed connections in the works. For the time being, in-car applications are expected to mimic existing ones for Pandora, Priceline and others, but they eventually could stream movies, generate high-resolution maps and stream high-fidelity audio.
