Mailings, e-mail forms, in-hospital kiosks and focus groups are some of the ways imaging centers can get feedback from patients. Many of the practices use information from patients to address their concerns immediately, while others prefer standardized quantitative data that allows for comparison. Some practices are also surveying referring physicians to ensure they are satisfied with the care their patients are receiving.
