The Idaho House approved a bill that would allow state residents to save $20,000 in a medical savings account and extend a 10% tax credit to employers that contribute to workers' MSAs, but a Senate committee is amending the bill to include a $10,000 cap and no employer tax credit. The Idaho State Dental Association supports the House bill, and a spokeswoman for the state's National Federation of Independent Business said it was good for businesses.
